- Orders cannot be modified once confirmed by the hotel (unless hotel policy allows).
5. Payments

- Pricing is determined by the respective hotel.
- Innstayz is not responsible for hotel pricing changes.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation policies depend on the partnered hotel.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per hotel policy and payment provider timelines.
7. Hotel Responsibility
Hotels are responsible for:
- Service quality
- Food preparation and safety
- Timely delivery
- Staff conduct
Innstayz is not liable for service deficiencies caused by hotels.
8. Prohibited Use
Users shall not:
- Misuse hotel services
- Provide false room or identity information
- Attempt unauthorized system access
- Disrupt platform operations
9. Limitation of Liability
Innstayz shall not be liable for:
- Service delays caused by hotel operations
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Issues arising from hotel staff conduct
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
